ive heard of dealerships running them through under warranty......so just the hundred dollar deductable...the cost of the aftermarket parts...and its always a good idea to slip the tech a few hundred for saving you so much....

as far as a side job...IF i had a hoist i would want 1500 plus parts to do it....

at a shop....it should be roughly 2000-3500 plus parts....all depending on the labor rate in your area....
