Things to check before buying

We test drove an '05 6.0 PSD Excursion yesterday. During the drive, the water and oil temperature difference never exceeded 7 degrees and quickly came back to 0-1 degrees. The rest of the engine seemed in good shape, too. What else should I look into before deciding it it for us? The dealer said no modifications have been done to it such as head bolts, etc, but they did replace both batteries and 2 injectors (for cold start issues). It has 152,000 miles. Would major issues already have occurred?

Ask the dealer for an oasis report. That will tell you all the work that was done to the truck. The deltas sound good so I'd go for it if the oasis looks good. Good lick
