Weird knocking noise??

So I have a weird knocking noise in the front end of my truck. I notice it only at slow speeds nothing higher than 10 km, and it's usually on a side to side motion, left to right. And I hear it on the driver and passenger side of the truck.

I had my whole front end tightened up and I do have an adjustable trac bar.. Torqued everything and still hear the noise.

Any ideas??

Thanks
Cory!

Check the front sway bar links, specifically the bushings. I had the same problem.

Also check bushings on shocks. When mine went out you could rotate the top. Also like mentioned above check sway bar bushings. It has to be something in your suspension.

Sorry for my confusion, on my front I had to change the bushings that go on the bracket to the frame not the links. I hope that makes sense. I could move the the bushings around easily. I installed new ones and the noise went away.

I attached a generic photo from google that shows what the bushing on the sway bar looks like. I just haven't made it outside yet. this image should give you a good idea of what you are looking for. I could move the bushing back and forth in the bracket easily. I changed them out and over a year ago and have not heard the clunk since. I will get a picture on the truck later and post it.
