Opinion on 2003 ex price
I believe I finally found one I'm gonna buy. 2003 6.0 limited black, new tires, 149k one owner. Only had a ficm and a fuel pump thus far. I'm prepared to do all the necessities. 11k is what I'm paying. Seemed like a little better than average to me. What y'all think.

Yea if its in good shape I say thats a good deal. Around S FL they are running $14-17K . I bought a 05 Excursion Eddie Bauer 6.0 4x4 150k mile for $13,999

Is it 4x2 or 4x4? Either way that sounds decent. Did you run a Carfax to see if it had had any body work done to it?

Id say its a good price if the oasis is good. In N. Texas they are going for 18 ish or more with those miles.

+1 on Oasis. And can you get all the maintenance records? Get yourself an Edge CS/CTS and check the deltas on ECT and EOT and voltage on FICM. You may be able to save yourself unnecessary $$ and you'll want one anyway.

+2 on oasis and carfax. Sounds like a pretty good price to me. Going for 17ish in Alabama with less miles.

Oasis was good just two minor issues. Car fax was clean. Picked up the 2003. Paid 10k for it cus the 4x4 wouldn't work with the switch but worked fine with the hubs locked. So he took a g off. I feel like a got a great deal. Runs perfect. I Popped in on him, it had been sitting all night, it was 30 outside and it fired right up with no lazy inj. Runs like a new one. Wasn't worried about the cts stuff cuz I have plans for bigger injs, oil cooler, head studs. Egr delete and yada yada. Did exhaust today. Got a lift and 35s on the way. Love it so far. Not my first 6.0 but def my first ex. Thanks for all the opinions and advice.
