would my check engine light come on due to the back pressure sensor?

get yourself something to pull codes and you'll know why the light is on...i suggest a Scan Guage II..they are about $150...The have great gauge features and pull/clear codes...The EBP shouldn't throw a light if you're up to date on flashes..I'm straight piped with no problems..
