Well i thought I was going to have to give up one of my kids for it but, I actually paid 15900 OTD. I as a few minor issues (seat pocket ripped, trim in the back peeling a little) other than that it's a beautiful suv. My kids love it.

Doesn't look bad but there is a lot for you to learn. First would to be get a monitor. I say this from experience. i just got one a few months ago and I'm learning alot fast. Hope you don't have the same problems i have. I got to put about 350 miles on mine then the HPOP went out but i loved those first 350 and can't wait to get it back on the road.

Agreed I'd get you a monitor soon and as for the bulletproofing I'd do most of it minus the studs. Wait on studs till the gasket blows unless you are going to run a tune then it's a good idea. Just my opinion though.

Is all that stuff necessay if im not towing?

I think the monitor is. Without it other potential problems like plugged coolers or high egts will go unnoticed and cause exponentially worse problems. The rest of the upgrades can probably be done on an as needed basis. Some of the vets here on the org can probably give you a prioritized list of the upgrades and tell you a lot more than I could though.

Its not just a 6.0 thing all turbo charged engines are picky and temperamental. They need to be watched closely or a catastrophic event can occur.
