Looking for a Road Armor rear bumper with spare tire swing out?

does anyone know if road armor still makes a rear bumper with the spare tire swing out holder? i know they used to but i can't seem to find them on their site any more. i have a lifted 05' excursion and i need a spare tire holder and really want one on a swing out at the rear bumper. if not road armor are there any other companies that make these?

I also have an Excursion and that is also something I'd be interested in, but I've never seen one though.

I looked for a long time for exactly this, and even asked a bunch of companies if they'd consider working with me on developing one. I came up empty handed. As far as I know, Road Armor made one bumper with a swing away tire carrier, and they used to have a picture of it on their site. It's not there now, but if you look in the Testimonials section for Marilyn Flores, you can see her spare tire peeking around the passenger side of her Excursion.
