Excursion Lift Options

I'm still evaluating lift options for my 2005 Excursion but I'm starting to lean more towards sticking with Ford parts and a minimal lift (clearance for 33" tires). Does anyone have any experience with the "X" spring and F350 rear block option? Are there any differences in the Ford track bars and pitman arms for the various spring combos offered on the superduty trucks? Will a dropped pitman arm and adjustable track bar be required?

I am clearing 33's without a lift. If you want to improve the ride quality that is a different issue. I am running 295/70-17 Hankook Dynapro ATM's with no rub issues.
