Exh manifold small tube on the bottom rear?
Anyone educate me what the small vacuum line is connected to the drivers side exhaust manifold, bottom side rear. Mine is open and I dont see something to put on it!

There shouldn't be a vacuum line on an exhaust manifold. Would you mind posting a picture?
My bet is that its a plug for an EGT probe, that was removed before you bought the truck.
