Question 05 excursion heated mirrors

Hi guys, new to the psd game. I have a 2005 ford excursion and my heated mirrors don't work. I have checked voltage and there is none at the fuse when truck is running. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
winter will soon be here and it would be handy to be able to have heated mirrors
