6.4 Banjos vs OEM

Guys I'm green when it come to the entire diesel thing so please work with me. I see guys telling of having different size banjo bolts, I understand this is a fuel line up grade.... For what, what are you gaining by this up grade, the only thing I can think of is going from OEM to 6.4 banjos allow more fuel volume to be delivered. Where are they located, the reason I'm asking is when I order my Blue Spring upgrade is this a good time to order the Banjos????
(While I have everything apart is this a good time to install the 6.4s) Any info will be greatly appreciated.

A lot of guys use them as they flow more fuel. Do they actually make a difference, IDK. Some guys say not to use them due the check valve difference. Take care not to twist the fuel lines when you unscrew the old ones.
