Tuner issues

Hello everyone just wondering if anyone has a Granitelli Preditor tuner i just got one and it does not recognize my truck i plug it into the obd port as instructed then turn the key on and is says that it is not seeing my ignition swithcing on. Anybody that has any info would be greatly appriciated.

i don't have that tuner, but, if u have any blown fuses i know the obd will not work. sometimes, its only on certain fuses, sorry don't know witch ones.

o and one hint is if your cigarette liter isn't working.

I will check that as I dont smoke I never use the lighter.

lighter and power port both work tuner not so much the tuner powers up but fails to see the ignition being switched on.

is there any possible way there could be another tunner in the truck. and how did u get the tunner, are you sure its made for your vehicle, o and on some tunners u have to get them retuned if you have had a new ficm.

I beleive the FICM was replaced so u are saying the truck needs a stock tune in there from the dealer before i can tune it myself or my tuner needs to be calibrtated to the new FICM?

well im not sure with your tunner but with like the sct i had to send my programmer back and tell them the new code for my ficm, i would check into that more and see, read about the tunner or just call the place and see what they say.,
