NEED TO LIFT EX 1 -2INCH ALREADY HAVE F250 SPRINGS

I have a 2003 Ex and have put F250 springs on in already. I am running 35's on it and need 1 - 2 more inches of lift.
Do the make a block that would fit the front?
Any ideas?

Don't put blocks in the front, ever. Shackle hangar is probably your cheapest/easiest way to get that amount of lift.

The front is straight to the frame. The only hanger is in the front but on the rear end of the front springs.
Is that what you are talking about?
