EGR Delete vs bulletproof cooler ( emmisions)?

Just bought an 04 Ex and would like to do a few things to it like ARP studs, New bulletproof oil cooler by Neal tech, fs-2500 external oil filter, possible high pressure oil pump and either and egr delete or a bulletproof egr cooler (would like to do more but this is a start so I don't blow up on a mountian pulling my trailer). The problem is that I live in an area that does emmisions testing. Does anybody know if I just delete the cooler will it affect my emmisions too much or should I just go with the bulletproof cooler by Neal tech. Also will the delete cause an engine service light or is this only on the 05. Thanks

Send a message via Yahoo to Dave
Since your area does emissions testing go with the BPD kit

FYI Bullet Proof makes a delete if that is really the route you want to travel. I personally would just run the upgraded cooler.
