Well after a long time saving, my ex went in to Trails West, our local 4x4 shop for her 10" lift to clear the goodyear g357 OTR tires i have mounted up on alcoa 24.5's. I recently addressed the plague ridden 6.0 with new ARP headstuds and egr delete. For now she has a slightly modified k&n air intake. As for exhaust, i have her simply breathing through the stock downpipe, the cat was unecessairy weight , All thats left are the adapters that i bought from bigshowdawg to come in and i can mount the wheels up , By the end of next week, she will be getting a new A/C compressor, (ofcourse the dealership would neglect to mention it does not work), i suppose thats what i get for buying the truck in the dead of winter. Well post pics just as soon as the adapters come in!

I'm right there with ya. But 10" lift? I'm fat, and can't jump that high!

pics will be up by tuesday hopefully, the lift kit came in today and they should be getting it on tomorrow, which somehow ends with them saying it should be done by tuesday. and being 6' 7" i doubt it will be too much trouble. from what i calculated, the lift plus the 42" wheels will result in the truck being around 15-16 inches higher than normal. Keep checking in because not only is this truck going to be on alcoas but she is going to have duals, not just on the rear but the front as well!

its simple to do, i am going to fit the front axle with ram assist steering, swap out the single 10 lug front adapter for a duals one like the rear axle uses, mount the 2 24.5's on the 42" tires and mount up the custom fender flairs i designed (none of those dually wells, god those look horrific on an ex!)
