The plan is set for the Ex.
When I bought the Ex I knew I was gonna need a couple of injectors and cut the purchase price down accordingly for a shop to do it. Nice thing is I am gonna do all the work myself and so I had some wiggle room for mods.
I started pricing out single injectors and researching where to get them. In my search I found that I am better off swapping all 8 right now instead of going in multiple times after bad injectors. That then opened up some options for me, I could go bigger if I wanted. After reading and reading and reading some more I have decided to try Elite's 155cc torque tow injectors. After talking to them they are gonna give me a sweet deal on the sticks, SCT tunes (I am gonna get 2 different tow tunes, one for the my flat land and the other for my mountain pulling) and S.S. cat delete pipe. These injectors in with my PHP tuned FICM and good tuning, I feel I am going to have a good strong Ex. If I can keep my foot out of it, I should still have decent mileage, well hopefully better than the 15.5mpg I am getting now. I still have to keep my foot out of her as I don't have studs yet. I will be ordering a Sinister EGR delete kit for her. Also on order are the oversize banjo bolts to be had on ebay. I already have an edge insight with egt probe.
I am also getting a set of Bilstien shocks and dual steering stabilizers from caryt to hopefully help with the "wandering ex" problem. In addition I will be adding either a Ford SD 30mm rear sway bar or the Hellwig one in the near future.
CAI...just not sure what one, please give suggestions.
Different rubber, a little more highway friendly but still 33's.
