First Long Trip in the Ex

We are leaving next week for a car show in Nashville, a 500 mile run each way pulling our 24 'car hauler with our 05 Ex, it will be the first real long run with it. The oil and filter have been changed, fuel filters changed 3,000 miles ago, new ball joints, cooling system serviced, new shocks and the transmission has been serviced, except for the shocks everything has been done by the dealer, I even bought a Ford ESP.

Is there anything I have overlooked? The truck runs great and has good power, everything is stock.

Gauges are on the list but unfortunately I can't do those just yet, I want a Edge Insight.
