04 Front Heater Core Removal

Hey Guys. I've checked all over for a post on how to remove the front heater core and can't find anything. I subscribed to AllData and it tells me between 2.9 and 4 hours to remove/replace. However, there is only description on removing the in-cab features to get the core out...nothing accurate on the underhood heater hoses. They appear to be some sort of quick connect, but AllData shows the wrong ones. They also appear to be a bugger to get to. Not sure what all needs to come off or special tools needed. Any help would be most appreciated.
