I had an Ex with a fabtech 5.5" lift and 37" tires and did not have to do anything to driveshaft. Sold it because it was a gas burner and got the newer diesel, might have been a lot of money ahead to just have kept the old one.

Currently running Fabtech 3.5-4" spring hanger lift with 35s just fine.

04 Excursion, 35x13.5x18s, 4:10s, Fabtech 3.5" lift, etc.

Front 6-7" max rear 6" Over that longer front and a CV rear.

Don't use a std lift kit if you want the best results with a EX.
