Coil Springs?

Were all 4wd Excursions leaf springs in the front or did the 05's have coils? The reason I ask is, there is one local for sale. Sais its an 05 but it has leaf springs on the front. I was thinking I had seen one with coils but it may have been a conversion.

I'm pretty sure the Ex's were still leaf springs in 05.

All EX have leaf's problem is none are rated for a diesel..thats why we swap springs for V code and rear modded B codes.

Yep, 05 EX got the nice new front end but the same old leaf springs in the front.

Im pretty sure the 2wd ones did use coils, but all 4wd versions used leaf springs
