Help w/20" rims

I am looking to mount 20" rims on my 05' Eddie Bauer. I would prefer not to lift it as wife doesnt want to "jump" up into the suv. What is the largest tire anyone has mounted on to a 20" rim keeping stock configuration. I also would like the "right" look and not have the tire look to "small" as currently I hate the stock size and rim combo.

Advise would be appreciated.
Thanks

Some 33" with 4.5" bs you will need to trim the valance. Best to replace front springs with V codes..way better ride quality. I've help hundreds of excursion owners with the suspension problems. PM me if I can help

I have 20's with 305-50-20 tires, no rubbing, and no lift.

Good luck
