Exclamation New to the 6.0 X and need help

Well six months ago I bought the truck with 82k on it with the 6.0. Had it all checked out with a scaner and no codes or promblems found. This was done at a dealership. But now it has 90+k on it and my promblems started with the throtle not responding. Then it started to run really rough then cut off when ever it got warm. No I can even get it started. Some times afterwards. I can let it set for a comple of days then it works fine for awhile then it starts actting up again. I had it hooked back up to a comuter and it pulled 9 codes off of it with out a check engine light on. Couple where the EGR which I pulled to clean and left unpluged but since pluged back in, one was for the ICP sensor, Cam Sensor, Crank Shaft Sensor, and fuel fillters which I have replace, and one for low bost. I checked the turbo and i can hear it run the when the truck is running but i have notice a small amount of oil in ethier side of the air supply/bost piping but no signs that it is blowing oil. Please i need some help and ideal.
Thanks

Fuel filter codes? Please explain.

Cam/Crank sensor codes can be set by stalling.
