Aftermarket HU and Keeping the rear entertainment system

Any figure out how to have an aftermarket HU and keep the rear entertainment system going?

bump on this as I replaced my head unit and lost all sound for the rear entertainment center...id be happy if it just played only through the headphone jacks

metra also makes a plug that powers the dvd player and has rca outputs to use with your aux inputs on an after market radio. i'll have to look for my package and get the part number.

I'd be interested in that part number also, I can't find it on Metra's website.
