ION rims???

Does anyone have or know anything about ION wheels?? I saw a set on a SD yesterday that looked great, so I started doing a little research and I found a brand new set of 22's on ebay for under $1,000.00 Seemed a little fishy to be so damn cheap... Any input on these wheels guys?? Are they junk or what??

I don't know anything about them but it seems to me that wheels are wheels. Most of the time you're paying for a name. For instance the wheels on my truck are called Hot Wheels (Yeah, with the same logo s the 97 cent toy car) and I paid $75 a piece for them. They say right on the wheel "by KMC". They look very similar to the KMC Diesels (Mine are 6-spoke and the Diesels are 8_spoke) that are $1,000-1,500 per set.

I guess I am more curious because I live in MN and I don't want the harsh winters here to eat up the wheels in 1 winter... My Mazzi Hulks have been through 2 winters now and are still in great shape...

I know they are cheap wheels... make sure they have a load rating for your truck.... cheap wheels have a tendency to crack when overloaded or stressed
