Has anybody painted their emblems?

The black is coming off my F350 emblems, has anybody touched their's up? What did you use?

I went the other direction and took all the paint off mine with acetone, a toothbrush, and paper towels.

I've heard that a company makes sticker inserts for the letters (Recon or Icon I think). Maybe someone will chime in with some more information on these.

The Emblems are under warranty? My truck is past the 3 yr 36,000. Was it some type of recall? Does Recon have a website? Thanks.

kind of the opposite direction, i was looking at Rauls truck (from stealth auto) and it looks like his are blacked out completely. i went the acetone route too, kinda cool. i was bored
