Converting 05 work model F250 to Harley front end

Hi all i'm new to this forum but I have a question I hope someone can help me out with. I recently purchased an 05 work model powerstroke for a steal and I would like to convert the front end to the harley lights, bumper, and grille. I know everything will bolt up but I was wondering about the headlights. They are obviously the glass recessed work model lights so my question is do I need a new harness for the hd lights or even the lariat HL's? any help from someone who has experience with this would be greatly appreciated.
