08+ Bumper on 05 model

I'm wanting to put a 08 painted rear bumper on my 2005. I found a good deal on one but it doesnt have any of the brackets. I know the 08 bumper will bolt on the 05 but are the brackets the same? Can I use my 2005 brackets on the 08 bumper?

Direct replacement. The access hole for the spare tire lowering thingy is on the opposite side, that's the only mod you may need to make.

Yeah I know the 08 will bolt up. I think I was clear as mud with me question LOL. I found a 08 rear bumper I can pick up cheap but it doesnt have any brackets. Will my brackets on my 05 work with the 08 bumper or are they different on the bumper sid of the bracket?

Everything is identical, the brackets, wiring harness for all the lights, everything. Like previously stated though, u just need to cut a small hole in the plastic to be able to access the spare winch.

Hey TX,

If you pick it up let me know if you want to sell your bumper. I need a new one. Mine is twisted like a twizler.

PM me.

Well it depends on what costly is I guess. I have an idea of what they run for shipping. unless this thing weighs a ton it shouldnt be super expensive.
