2008 Mirriors on 2005 F350

Is there any way to put the 2008 power fold mirrors on a 2005 F350?
any help will much apprieciated

yup they bolt up right up... other than 1 small tab you have to take off... also you will have to cut and splice the wires because the electrical plugs are different...

i have 08 mirrors on my 03

Same for me, just cut the tab, mine are manuals and they are greeeeat. I have an 05 to.

No they are manual extend and My wife does her side and I do mine. The mirror adjustment is also manual. I can't remember the last time I had to adjust them. The bottom mirror is so big that I use it all the time for backing up. Its a big difference from the older models. My truck had the non extending units on it when I got it and I ordered a set from EBay. They were from a delership that removed them to put larger units on fleet trucks.

I would just add 2 , 2way switch. an take the power from the fuse box. I think some also swing away also. that takes 2 more 2way switches.

Yes, you can make all the power functions work (adjust, turn signal, fold, and extend) I have been researching this as I plan on doing it as soon as I get some $$

the power fold mirrors are over 1k.... dont know about you but im not that lazy lol
