Can 38's be balanced???

All the shops around me here in Pittsburgh say that they can't balance a 38 inch tire..what gives..i see so many guys running them i would think they are getting them balanced right?

2006 Ford F-250 4x4 Crew Cab
SCT- DJ's Looney
AIRDOG 2
6" Rough Country 4 Link Suspension
2" billet spacer/f350 rear block
AFE air intake
5" MBRP turbo back exhaust with 6" tip
Autometer Sport Comp Guages
38.5x14.5x17 Pro Comp Xtreme ALL Terrains
17x10 Diamo Black 17 Karat Wheels
RCD EGR delete
Custom Traction Bars
Recon Smoked Mirror Lights/Cab Lights
03 Turbo

Take them to a semi shop. It's not that they can't be balanced, it's just that they won't fit on a normal tire balancing machine.

discount can balance my 38.5 but they had to block the cover open and bypass the safety switch

ya i went to the local offroad shop they balanced my 38 on 20s and my buddys 44s so they can be done if you have a four wheels parts or a shop along those lines best of luck man

i've balanced 38"s boggers, they fit on our regular balancer.

03 F-250 Lariat Crew Cab SB 6.0L Auto 4x4
5" exhaust, AFE intake, Blue spring mod, EGR Delete, 58v FICM, Warren 175/75 injectors, Powermax Turbo,
ARP Head Studs, Coolant filter, Innovative tunes

i took my 38's to auto illusions in MOON twp.
north of the city..

they had to take the hood off the machine but got it done
