Fog Light/High Beam Mod

What is this about and how do you do it. I take it your fog lights stay on will your high beams are on, Is this right?

Do you have to buy something to do this?

cool thanks! I have this done on my 99/01 pontiac grand prixs, you only need to pop the fuse box under the hood, takes a 2inch peice of wire, wrap it around the one relay, and push it back down, takes 30 seconds.

If i can only find how to keep my fogs AND low beams on for my 98 grand am gt, that would be the day!
