06 to 11 bed upgrade question

My bed on my 06 is starting to develop a lot of rust and I am planning on replacing it with a new take off bed. I can find 11 beds relatively cheap, but I have heard the fender lines are a little different. I currently have the bottom of my truck raptor lined and have bushwhacker flares on it. If I get a 11 bed and put fender flares on it, will they match up with the front?

Thanks

Will your old bushwacker flares even work with the new style of fenders? Maybe you can measure the width of your flares then measure someone's fender on a new truck and see what the difference is.

I would have to put new fender flares on the bed. According to bushwackers website they are the same size.
