Lost lug nut adapter.

I have a nail in my tire I need to get fixed. However I have these 7 point lug nuts. And I don't have the adapter to get them off, neither does the tire shop. Any ideas to remove them? I was thinking of just getting a gator grip. Pep boys sold me a 7 point spline key, but it is too small to fit on my lug nuts.

I use the older version of this:

You'll have to buy new lug nuts though.
