Part numbers for 07 F350 tow chrome pack mirror?

We ordered the light from ford through our autobody shop. I know these guys and they purposely wouldn't ever dupe me over... but the mirror came in for $268 and had NO mirror cover... not that it just had the normal plastic, but nothing, no cover and no LED, even though it said it would come with it in the description when ordered.

Its an original ford part.

After i opened it, i then had them order the chrome "plastic" mirror cover including the built in turn signal LED... $274!!!, so it cost me after tax, $560 some odd dollars for one driver side mirror.

Someone told me the difference in in the tow mirror "power/heated" for an 03-07 superduty costs only a few dollars more for the chrome cover versus standard cover and that all come with no cover, they just ship you a seperate box with another part # for that piece? So the mirror, LED and any cover should never cost more than $275ish?

here are the part #s i got.. even on fordparts.com it looks like what i got for paying TWICE, should have been included for $270ish.

chrome cover/led kit 6c3z-17d743-aa
tow Mirror itself 5c3z-17683-eaacp
