Will they fit?

I am about to purchase some Fuel Octane deep dish wheels in 20" I want to run a 37" or 38" tire, however I am worried about rubbing issues. It is lifted 6" and I currently have 37x20x13.50 with a 2" spacer and they do not rub I was just thinking if the offset was different they might rub. Anybody have ideas?
