cab light install without cutting hole in roof?

Hey guys I got a 2003 f250 6.0 fx4 with a moonroof. Im wanting to install cab lights but dont want to cut holes in the cab. So my question is do they sell lights that just stick to the cab?

No, because you need to drill holes for the wires to go through to get inside the cab for power.

I guess it would be a good idea for someone to come up with battery powered stick on cab lights for people with moonroofs, because you can open the moonroof then reach up and switch on each light individually

Honestly its not bad drilling through your roof.

Just make sure you measure umpteen billion times and drill once.

After the first hole they are all easy. And the finished product is great!
