All steel/chrome front bumper?

I was digging around on Stillen's site and found a picture of a truck with an all steel/chrome bumper. It seemed to replace the chrome top part and the lower plastic part of the bumper. Anyone got any more info on this?

At first glance it looks like a total replacement, but upon closer inspection it could be a place that glues over the plastic, or you may have to remove the plastic and put in the new chrome piece. Not quite sure. I like it though, I think there are a lot of trucks out there that would look terrific with an all chrome bumper!

Looking around I found that the 2001 Platinum Edition truck came with a all chrome bumper. Wonder what Ford gets for one...

I like the hood on that truck. The bumper looks good also but that hood... I'd put it on mine for sure.
