putting together my own 2.5" level kit

tuftruck 2.5" level coils 3,750lbs, $151.00pr
RANCHO Part # RS5043 2.5" level shocks $100.00pr
i'll be making my rear blocks, 4" tall, FREE
new rear U-bolts run about 10 bucks each at the local farm store.

i'm also going to get the front caster shims, but unsure on set that it need?
i'm wanting the adjustable set,
(-2.5 to +2.5) or do I need (0 to 4)
