I have a buddy who swears by the Tuftruck springs. He says the ride does get slightly more stiff, but hardly noticeable after a while.

Are these the ones you are planning to use fordtrucknut?

update!!!
I decided NOT to lift/level the truck, I decided to go another route and leave it stock, did find out the truck had the taller F350 blocks in in the rear.
I decided to go with 19.5 tires and wheels, after blowing through a new set of tires in less than 15k miles I needed something with more wear life.
