Question well the funding is here, what to do?

I have the money necessary to purchase a few items for my truck. But i'm not sure what to do. It's not cheap and I don't like making mistakes and looking back. I know the wheel and tire package I would like, and I want a lift kit as well. i can get both at this point. But my one slight problem is driving in the city and dealing with parking garages. The tire and wheel package will lift my truck 1.5"... with a lift kit from Danahoe Racing of 4.5", it's 6" lift total, making my truck stand 7'+ . (which does rock, don't get me wrong) But, I've only driven into one parking garage, so far with the new 06, that I saw 7+ feet of clearance, actually up to 9... i was impressed! But that was in NYC and I don't frequent there as often as Philadelphia for concerts and things. Only one garage will fit me and that is only 6'10" clearance, so we're tight already.
So where I'm stuck (no pun intended)- should I go for more appearance and find a hot chick with a small car, or just hook up the truck with some new shoes and put the other money towards more needed things? (like a built up 69 camaro, donations accepted haha)
Give me some input... thanks guys and I hope all your Christmas's were a blessing! enjoy and be safe

-nate

Well I would say go for it. Put the lift and tires on. It makes my truck stand out so much better over a stock truck. I barely pay attention to stock rigs, but when I see one with a nice subtle lift and some nice size meats, it steals my attention from the road. And believe me, the chicks will follow!!!!

Well maybe not answers, but ideas or good advice. Do yourself a favor and don't buy aluminum wheels without keeping them clean!

i agree with smoken. as i sit at a stop light there is always atleast 1 or 2 people breaking their neck to look at my truck. it makes every penny i put into my rig worth it.

Oh yeah of course, it's great when you pull up to mini vans and suv's and you're still taller than they are! And that's just the bed!

I've only got a leveling kit and some nice shoes as well and still stand tall! Although, it does drive me nuts when a big psd with an 8" lift pulls up next to me. And then I just remind myself.... if I did that, I couldn't get my bike in the back.

Yeah that is true. I got the ol 35's on mine but when I see one with 38's tucked underneath I get really jealous. But then I think of the lengths i've had to go to to get my dirt bike in and out and the jealousy subsides.....briefly...
