Tailgate and grill

I would like to put the grill off of the 06 F250 and the tailgate from the model that has the slide out step? Will the grill fit in just like the factory one I already have and will the tailgate from the newer models with the step fit?

depends on what year your truck is. 05-07 have different grills than 03-04. Some modifications will need to be made if you have an 03-04. As for the tail gate it will fit. you just need the drivers side hinge

I want the flat chrome style so if it's just drilling a few new holes then I'll go for it. And the tailgate will just need the different hinges. Height is the same and it'll be flush with the taillights?

the 03-04 grills are different than the 05-07 grills. there is more to it than just drilling some holes. Yes the tailgate will sit as it should

You have the older grille, so there's 2 ways to get the 05-07 grille.. either using the one linked above that's already cut, or buying used and trimming yourself.
