Will 20" rims off 2006 F-250 fit 2004 F-350?

Will 20" rims off of a 2006 F-250 fit my 2004 F-350? I found some on craigslist but wasn't sure if they will fit. Thank you.

They will bolt up however you will need to get some spacers because the never trucks axles are wider therefor the offset is different. These wheels will set further in on your truck than an 05-up so they may rub on your springs.
