grill/brush guard with 2 inch receiver

Hey guys, I have been thinking about putting a brush guard on the front of my truck. 07 KR. I kinda like the Warn trans4mer, as you can buy the 2 inch receiver section, a winch cradle, or a step bar to go in the lower section of the guard itself. I personally want to do the 2 inch receiver as that setup provides more options for hookups for pulling (and you can stand on it to get under the hood), or in my case a removable winch cradle so I can use it up front or out back, and I can store it in my LOCKED toolbox when not needed.

Does anyone have any experience with these, how do they hold up under load? I think they are only rated at 12000 lbs and I already have a 16500lb winch, I dont want to buy a whole bumper assembly like ranch hand or other similar styles.

Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.

Seeing as how it bolts to the tow hooks, which bolt to the frame, id say its worthy of holding up to as least the weight of the truck.

I did this on my old dakota for a winch setup..I'll Have to search for the pictures.. But I ended up getting her rutted up pretty good and winched to a tree. Ended up pulling the grille guard away a little bit. But I know my SD's grille guard is much better designed, so I'm not sure.
