05 Harley headlamps on 03

Hey guys I have done the cutout of the head panel and installed my 05 Harley headlamps but cannot adjust the height of my lights. Is there something I'm missing here? Or can you not adjust them?? I will post some pics.

Ya that nob sticking up by the grill was it.. Thanks! I thought that was just securing the light until I started to turn it
