99-04 rear shocks on 05?

When I had my 1999 Superduty, I ordered new rear shocks and never put them on. Just curious if there is any way to fit them to my '05 6.0 super duty?

As long as the length of the shock is correct it should... I do not believe they changed the way the shocks bolt on the axel....

they did change the way the shocks sit in the rear.. the are staggered- one is towards the rear and the other towards the front... Now sure if they are the same size or not though.

Ah right, I forgot the early trucks had the shocks on the same side. I'll measure and see. They are NOS DR/Icon shocks, would be a shame to have these sit on the shelf as I can't seem to sell them

You can go on Monroe's site and with the part numbers of the shocks you have.....if not monroe, cross the numbers to the manufacture you have.....there is a breakdown of every shock they produce

I'd rather be fishing
