Protech headache rack on my 03. Opinions?

Hey. Just got a used protech headache rack for my 03. I really like it. It needs a good cleaning and polish to match the rest fo the chrome on the truck, but overall I really like it. I am currently searching for a good brake light/reverse light combo to fill the holes.

What do y'all think of it?

Well got the lights installed and all wired in. I couldn't be happier wiht it. I love it. I went with some 6" oval LED, turn, tail, stop lights. I wanted to find a turn, tail, stop, and reverse setup since I only had one opening on each side but couldnt find something I liked for a decent price. I'm happy with it though!

You should mount some LED strips on the diamond part area to light the bed

Yes sir you could. I also have a headache rack in my 98 chevy pickup and toolbox fits great. As a matter of fact, it decided to have a toolbox with it.

I really like that idea. Only thing is everntually I will have a toolbox back there and so the lights would be covered. But I could just mount them to the toolbox and get the same effect.
