Mirror turn signal lights help

I have a 2006 f250 with the lights and turn signals in the side view mirrors. Does anyone know how to get the lens off to change the bulb? Only thing my research has turned up is how to do it on 2008 and new. Thank you!

I hope it isn't a violation to post to a different site-

here is a link that shows pics and some pointers on how to access them. I don't know if this is the only way, but it is a way.

Removal of Super Duty lighted mirror covers - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

My wife hit a turkey and busted up some trim on the passenger mirror, I used a similar writeup to tear the mirror down to the component level pieces. Mostly just some plastic tabs locking into other plastic tabs that hold it all together.
