4 fog lights?

Has anyone put the 4 fog lights in their bumper? If so what fog lights did you use and how did you mount them, also do you have a picture of the back if the bumper? any help is appreciated

At first I used steel spacers... Then realized I could have just used self drilling/tapping screws and went into the chrome part of the bumper. (Which is what I did anyways just through a spacer)

The plastic valances on top and bottom of the metal bumper hide the screws!
