Front tow options.

Hey everyone. I recently acquired a grill guard off of craigslist and when mounted the factory front tow loops will not mount. The loop is to wide. Im not to disappointed as I wanted to replace them anyways. I have been searching for unique options but suprisingly they are hard to find. Everything that comes up is a rear hook or a universal that only has 2 holes in a line and not 3 in a triangle like to OE loops. Attached are 2 pictures of what I would like upfront. Anyone know who makes them or am I going to have to fab something up? Other good ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance guys!

Anybody? I was looking around some more and it seems that a front hitch receiver would be a good idea. I am not sure if the stock fog lights could stay in or not though.
