JB Weld for OEM running boards

I have the factory running boards as pictured below. Does anyone know what type of plastic it is made of? I am looking to use JB Weld on it to repair a crack, but which JB Weld do I need? Thanks.

What I have used for this type of repair is a glue called Q-bond,it is like krazy glue on steroids,it also has fine black powder to use for a filler?,i have been in the body repair business for 30 years and I have never seen anything that sticks like this stuff, should be able to get it at a good parts store.
