6" or 8" lift?

I cannot decide if i want an 6" or 8" lift for my truck. I am getting 22x14 rims with 37" tires that are 13.2" wide, with a -76mm offset. I cannot picture the height or the stance in my head for some reason I feel like 6" will look like the truck is sitting on the tires, should i go for the 8"?

I've got 99 problems and my 6.0L is all of them.

Do the 8" - you wont regret it (unless you have to park in a parking garage)

Mine is an 04 with a rough country 8" all springs on 38.5 xmls, my buddys truck has the rough country 6" that comes with a 4" rear block his is on 35s for comparison, and apparently 38.5s fit with no lift in the rear, lol, just watch for speed bumps

6" or 8" lift?-imageuploadedbyag-free1371785773.552978.jpg
Here is mine, rough country 8" with 22x14 962's and 37x13.5 trail graps. I love it and couldn't be happier. I've always said 18's and 33's, 20's and 35's, 22's and 37's, like them even better now that more wheel companies are making deeper lip wheels. My only complaint with mine is the the quality of the chrome doesn't seem like it is all there for the moto metals, may look into some fuels or xd's soon.

What are your plans with it? My 5th wheel still should go up more for my 8" I know I don't have 20"s but just for reference. FYI PITA to load up bikes or quad. Brian
