rubber cover on top of driver side window

just noticed I was in the bed of my truck spraying the roof off, and above the drivers seat on windshield the window rubber molded seal is starting to come off. looks like it clips in? or is it just solocone holding I'll take a pic soon any advice?

1. glue it myself?
2. go to auto body and have new one put in?

I still owe on the truck and it rains alot in the bay area winter time.

thanks. pics soon.
